Welcome to My Best Homecare’s E-Prescription Web Portal (“Portal”). A web portal is a website that allows two-way interaction and can collect information from the visitor or provide information to the visitor. This Portal is designed to make it easier for Providers to submit new orders, to update orders, and to communicate securely with My Best Homecare staff.

After registration, the Portal allows you to access forms and submit information. This Portal's Privacy Policy discloses My Best Homecare’s policy for collecting, using, and disseminating information through the Portal. Please carefully review any information prior to submitting through the Portal.

Providers who registered to use the Portal should not divulge their passwords to anyone, and My Best Homecare will never ask for your password in an unsolicited phone call or email. My Best Homecare has partnered with certain third-party vendors to serve as its business associate to provide services in connection with the use of the Portal. While My Best Homecare is taking all the necessary steps available to ensure the integrity and security of our Portal, you should be aware that the confidentiality of any communications or materials submitted to and from My Best Homecare via this Portal or email cannot be guaranteed.

Except as set forth above, My Best Homecare will not release information to any party unless required to do so by government authorities or legal process in accordance with applicable law, in order to protect our rights or property, or in conjunction with an acquisition of all or part of our company.
